All prospective tenants are required to complete the rental application and supply 100 points of identification as listed on the application form.
Applications are required for each prospective tenant
Multiple tenants must submit their applications together.
Our office will be unable to process applications if the required documentation and 100 points as listed on the application is not provided.
The 100 Points can be made up of the following:
10 Points: Medicare Card,Birth Certificate, Motor vehicle registration papers.
30 Points: Bank Statements, recent utility accounts eg: phone, electricity or gas
40 Points: Drivers licence, Passport, 18+ Card, Photo ID, last four rent receipts, tenant ledger.
Proof of Income to submitted with Application
Employed: Last two pay slips
Self Employed: Bank Statements, Group Certificate or Accountants Letter
Not Employed: Centrelink Statement/Payment Advice
Please note the following:
* Current photo identification is required.
* Bank cards are not accepted as bank/credit card as statements are for proof of last residential address.
* If previously a home owner a copy of the rates notice could be possibly required for proof of previous address.
* Any written references from previous landlords or real estate agents, selling Agent or Personal references can be included with submission of application form.
