As a commercial property assistant at Jays Real Estate, my job is to facilitate smooth communication between tenants and property owners and ensure that all maintenance issues are dealt with promptly using our team of trusted tradespeople. I am also responsible for photographing our properties to present them in the best light during commercial property marketing campaigns.

Having worked in customer service roles since 2016, my professional strengths include my excellent communication skills and my prompt resolution of all issues to ensure a seamless and timely property management service to our clients.

My approach to my work is positive, proactive and friendly. For me, commercial asset management is about actively listening to all concerns and putting myself in my client’s shoes to solve any problems that arise to the satisfaction of both landlord and tenant.
