As a commercial property manager and sales agent at Jays Real Estate, I specialise in lease negotiations and act as the middleman between solicitors and our commercial clients.
A key part of my role is finding the right tenant or buyer for our owners and protecting their commercial assets through rent reviews, maintenance and my knowledge of relevant legislation.
Prior to my career in real estate, I spent 16 years working in hospitality. This experience gave me excellent people skills and a great ability to multitask and prioritise, which I now bring to my work in commercial real estate.
As a valued member of the Jays Commercial team, I pride myself on my strong work ethic, professionalism and industry knowledge. When representing our clients, my aim is to always go above and beyond to get the most favourable result for both tenants and landlords.
