As the commercial property manager at Jays Real Estate, it’s my job to find the best commercial properties for our clients and provide exceptional property management services. Ongoing maintenance and compliance reviews are key to my role, and I ensure rent is paid on time, contracts and leases are reviewed regularly, and any necessary maintenance is completed promptly.
My background in visual merchandising ensures our commercial properties are presented in the best light during marketing campaigns, and I draw upon my prior experience in the fashion retail space to ensure that my clients have a first-class experience.
